The retreat
“This is a chance to replenish, rejuvenate, restore… release.”
Reset is 21 days of small creative practice, done wherever you are. Each day opens a door into your own internal landscape: a walk with no destination, a cup of tea taken slowly, a letter to yourself a year from now, a seed planted on the first morning.
Across the 21 days, we share tools, techniques and gifts with you: tiny works of art, music, poetry and reflection, to help you pour into your own reserves, refuel and revitalise.
By Day 21 you'll have a journal with something on every page, and the habit of making again.

What a day holds
Twenty minutes, or as long as you want
Reset is a holistic approach to wellness and creative recovery. Each day brings together three things.
A contemplation
Each day opens with a line to carry with you, from inspirational authors and thinkers such as Thich Nhat Hanh, Rebecca Solnit and Julia Cameron.
A practice
A guided audio, a short film or a written exercise, curated by life coaches, wellness experts and immersive theatre makers. Some days you sit, some days you walk, some days you write.
An accompaniment
A piece of music chosen specifically for the day, with a note on why. Listen to it as the day closes.

Questions people ask
What happens after I book?
You’ll get an email straight away with everything you need. Day 1 opens on the 1st of your start month, and before then we’ll suggest a few things to have ready: a notebook, a packet of seeds, and twenty minutes of your day.
How long does each day take?
About twenty minutes, or as long as you want. The audio guides run from around six to twenty minutes, and some days invite you to take longer if you can.
What if I fall behind?
Nothing is lost. Every day stays open for a year from your start date, so you can come back to a meditation or a track whenever you like.
Can I go ahead?
Yes. Each day opens on its own date, but there's an "Open all days" button if you'd rather move at your own pace.
Do I need any experience?
None. Reset is for anyone who used to make things and stopped, and for anyone who would like to start.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Reset works on a phone, tablet or computer. To open it on a new device, sign in with the email address you booked with and we’ll send you a link.
Is there anything live?
No. There are no sessions to attend and nothing happens at a set time, so Reset fits around your life.
Is Reset a form of therapy?
No. Reset is a creative and reflective practice. It isn’t a substitute for professional support. If you’re struggling with your mental health, please speak to your GP or a qualified professional.
